Published: September 2004
Dissemination: The report was released in September 2004 and a briefing
seminar held to disseminate the findings. Two thousand copies of the report
were printed due to the wide interest in the report’s findings.
A copy went to the Minister of State, Mr Noel Aherne. The publication
was circulated to key audiences and stakeholders such as the IDG, NDST,
Local and Regional Drugs Task Forces, service providers and other interest
groups. Copies are available on the web or from the office.
