Dr Daniel O’Driscoll, Forensic Science Laboratory
Dr O’Driscoll is Head of the Drugs Section of the Forensic Science Laboratory. He holds a primary Degree (BSc) and PhD in Biochemistry. He has many years of experience providing analysis of drugs of abuse for An Garda Siochana and in the preparation of a database of drug types, amounts, purities, seizures and location. Dr O’Driscoll is also involved in the surveillance for new drugs emerging.
