Ms Maria Corrigan, St John of Gods, Menni Services

Ms Corrigan has a BA (Hons) and a Masters Degree in psychology and has worked as a psychologist since 1994 in a variety of settings. She is currently a Principal Psychologist with St. John of Gods, Menni Services, Islandbridge, Dublin. This is a service for people with an intellectual disability, from birth through to older adults, across all ability levels and it’s catchment area stretches from South Inner City to South West Dublin, encompassing many areas of disadvantage, drug abuse and poverty.

Ms Corrigan is also the Programme Manager for Menni’s Residential Respite and Supported Living Services and chairs the Multi Disciplinary Team. She has been a County Councillor on Dun Laoghaire/Rathdown Council since 1999 and is also a board member of the Combat Poverty Agency and Higher Education Authority.
